Exchanges for store credit only within 45 days from the date of shipment from our San Diego workshop. All returns must meet the following requirements...
1. Carrier must be new, unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Carrier was purchased directly from the Sakura Bloom site.
3. All custom, limited edition, artist collaborations, sale or discounted items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to the nature of the product (babies are messy!), carriers returned without tags and in any type of worn condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Thanks for understanding.

A reminder that we craft everything in small batches right here in our San Diego workshop and most things are a preorder.
Wondering when your order will ship?
We work hard to ship all "in stock" carriers within 2 business days, M-F.
If your carrier has an "estimated ship date", it is a preorder and this date is our best educated guess as to when your order will be complete and ready for shipping. We ask that you allow a 3 day window of grace on either side of this date to accommodate for any unexpected delays that can arise in real-time, small batch manufacturing. We appreciate your patience and support!
