What we love: cushy, nubby, and full of character. This slub yarn is a year-round favorite, soft and supportive with a unique, textured feel that always brings the compliments.

What to expect:

• Hand-spun raw silk and raw cotton with natural texture
• Nubs, slubs, loops, and subtle weaving irregularities are normal

Care: Hand wash cold with vinegar, hang to dry, spot clean as needed, condition leather. Full care instructions here.

Choosing leather or non-leather is all about the look you love here’s a closer look at what makes each special.

Leather: while mostly for aesthetics, leather adds a bit more structure to the straps and we love the natural give that the leather chest strap provides. As you walk and wander, the leather molds to your body and breaks in beautifully.

No Leather: non-leather carriers have a simple streamlined look that lets the beauty of our textiles shine.

FAQs

Can I wash the leather? Yes! All of our carriers follow the same care instructions. The only difference is that you condition the leather to keep it soft and supple. Full care instructions here.

Is the whole shoulder strap leather? No, the leather sits only on top of the shoulder straps while the linen or silk underneath touches your body, keeping it soft and breathable. The chest strap is all leather.

What to expect:
Leather is a natural material with subtle variations, small scratches, and markings. These are normal and part of its character, making each piece unique.

• Prices do not include taxes or duties.
• Returns for store credit only, accepted within 30 days of shipment. Read our full return policy here.

Preorder & Ship Date Notes

• Many products are preorder, meaning they are in production and ship when ready.
• Check the Ship Date above the add-to-cart button for your order.
• We craft everything in small batches in our San Diego workshop - please allow a 3-day window on either side of the estimated ship date for any unforeseen delays.
• Orders with multiple products and different ship dates will ship together on the later date. To receive items separately, please place separate orders.
