Sakura Bloom products carry a 1-year warranty on manufacturer defects. Products that have been sold, purchased secondhand, or altered by anyone other than Sakura Bloom are not eligible for warranty coverage.
By filing a warranty inquiry, you confirm that:

- You have not bought or sold this carrier on the secondary market.
- You are currently in possession of the carrier.
- You have valid proof of purchase from Sakura Bloom.
Sakura Bloom Warranty Policy
Every Sakura Bloom piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches here in our San Diego workshop, and we stand behind the quality of our work. All of our products carry a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects, with valid proof of purchase from Sakura Bloom.
Because we use handwoven textiles and the full hide of natural leather, small variations are part of what make each Sakura Bloom piece unique. Natural markings on the leather, as well as weaver’s knots, slubs, nubs, and subtle texture shifts in the fabric, are all normal characteristics of the raw materials we choose and not considered defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric stains or fading, dye transfer from leather or fabric, fabric chewed by baby, scuffed or scratched hardware, products that haven’t been cared for or washed properly, or small differences in measurement.
As part of our internal quality controls, all Sakura Bloom carriers allow for up to a ½-inch seam allowance. Minor differences within this range are expected and do not qualify as defects under our warranty.

Please keep in mind that all our carriers are made the same way, using the same natural materials, and may have slight differences between them due to the handmade process.
