SLOE DENIM
There’s just something about a really good denim.
Sloe is a deep, inky blue with the clean look and character of raw denim. It’s dark, understated, and feels right at home with our Carmel leather and signature gold hardware.
And while it has the look of a denim that needs time to break in, Sloe is surprisingly lightweight and soft from the start. It already has that worn-in feel of a favorite pair of jeans, without looking worn at all. Exactly what we want from denim in a baby carrier.
SOFT FROM THE START
The first thing you notice about Sloe is the color. The second is how it feels.
Woven from 100% cotton, there’s none of the stiffness you’d expect from a denim this dark. It’s soft, lightweight, and easy from day one. The kind of carrier you can throw on with anything and wear everywhere.

We knew we wanted to pair Sloe with Carmel.
The warmth of the leather against that deep, almost-black blue is so good. It feels a little rugged, a little feminine, and just right for Sloe.
Sloe will be available in all both Scout and Onbuhimo, with or without Carmel leather.

THE FIRST BATCH
We’re starting Sloe with a small first batch, shipping at the end of September. As that batch fills, Sloe will remain available to order and the estimated ship date will move to the next production batch.
We craft our carriers in small batches here in our workshop, adding a few extras when we can. You’ll always find the current estimated ship date right on the product page when you order.
