Quick Tip: Tightening Scout

Quick Tip: Tightening Scout

We love this simple trick for the best, most snug fit of the Scout!

Opposite hand to tighten the band

Once you put the Scout on, apron style: upside down, with the warning label facing away from you, feed the belt through the rings like a d-ring belt. Your waist belt is the hammock that holds your baby's seat so this is a great way to ensure it's fitting the most snug:

If you pull the waist belt with the same hand as the rings are on, it does not get the best leverage - you don't have a lot of range here. Instead, grasp it with the opposite hand and pull across the body. Easy as that!
