Return Policy
Our goal at Sakura Bloom is for you to use and love your sling. Please remember that it may take a few days or even a week or so for you and your baby to learn how to comfortably use your sling. If you need help with your sling, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@sakurabloom.com. We offer a one-time exchange or store credit for new slings in their original packaging within two weeks of receipt of sling. Custom and one of a kind slings are final sale. If your sling arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

We accept all major credit cards and other payments through Paypal.
Shipping
Your Sakura Bloom sling is shipped with care through the US Postal Service. All domestic packages are sent Priority Mail. We ship international packages via Global Priority Mail.

Shipping for one sling is $9.00. Add $3.00 for each additional sling.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. All domestic orders will include a tracking number through the US Postal Service.
Gift Wrap
All of our slings are beautifully packaged. If you purchased a sling as a gift, however, we can also wrap it for you the old-fashioned way, with real ribbon and handsome wrapping paper and a personalized card for an additional $7.00. Simply choose this option when you checkout.
Gift Certificates
Surprise someone with a Sakura Bloom gift certificate! A thoughtful present for any parent, our gift certificates come in any US$ denomination. Gift certificates may be used toward the purchase of any sling on our site.
Privacy
All information you provide to us is solely for use by Sakura Bloom. We do not share any of your information with anyone—ever. All your information is encrypted and we keep it safe.
