Returns up to 30 days from date of purchase:
All Sakura Bloom carriers meeting our return requirement below, and returned within 30 days of purchase date, may be returned for a full refund via the original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Returns up to 120 days from date of purchase:
All Sakura Bloom carriers meeting our return requirement below, and returned within 120 days of purchase date, may be returned for store credit only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
If your purchase meets the following requirements, enter the email address you used when placing your order and the order number in the form below to start the return process.
* Due to the nature of the product (babies are messy!), carriers returned without tags and in any type of worn condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Thanks for understanding.

WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY
All Sakura Bloom products purchased directly from the Sakura Bloom website or one of our authorized Sakura Bloom retailers carry a full one-year warranty on manufacture defects from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of natural fibers and hand-woven products this warranty does not include fabric fading, dye transfer, normal wear and tear, common slubs, nubs, or weaver's knots present in the weave of the fabric, snags or rips in the fabric from outside forces, or small differences in the measurement of the product.

• Sling was purchased within the last 365 days.
• Sling was purchased directly from the Sakura Bloom website.
• Please have images ready to upload showing the area of concern.

If you purchased your sling through an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer to start the warranty process. Sakura Bloom products purchased second hand are not covered under this warranty.
