TITLE 

Community Support Coordinator

LOCATION

This is a 30+ hours, in office position at our Oceanside, CA workshop - where we design, cut, and sew all of our products.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our Community Support Coordinator is filled with positive energy, emotional intelligence, master problem solving skills, along with a strong love for community and chatting online. Your attention to detail is high, taking great pride in your multi-tasking and organizational skills.

A typical day includes answering all of our customer service emails, working with our shipping and production team on logistics, managing our community Facebook group, and working hard to create a warm and uplifting experience for our community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years customer support experience - email, phone.
  • Facebook group admin experience a plus.
  • An excellent grasp of grammar and spelling rules.
  • Microsoft office and Google docs experience - Forms, Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in the use of social media Instagram + Instagram Stories, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, blog curation etc.
  • Shopify, project management software experience a plus.
  • Babywearing experience a plus.
