145 square feet of perfection, 5 smiling faces. The Sakura Bloom Design Studio is a place of magic.
It's the place where we craft posts, plan parties, work on educational content, and partner with weavers to design the newest, most gorgeous additions to the Sakura Bloom lines.
Designed by our friend and interior magician Vanessa Matsalla of Studio Matsalla, this is a space beyond dreams, nested in a tiny garden just steps from the sea in Leucadia, California.
Where sunshine enters from 360 degrees, and tacos and teas are shared amidst a rose garden, while conference calls are taken overlooking a koi pond with a backdrop of bamboo and rosemary.
Our doors welcome entrepreneurs and artisans. Our handcrafted desks could tell stories of the curated and sourced heirloom-quality textiles passing across them before heading off to the workshop where...
Oh, but the workshop. Where dreams are stitched by hand and infused with sleepy dust.
Nestled in a small town in coastal Massachusetts, our slings are lovingly sewn, steamed, and packaged by the hands of our amazing seamstresses. Their hearts are in their work and their families are supported by their artistry and skill in making sure that each and every sling that goes out is as perfect as the babe it will hold.
Our little team thrives in these beautiful spaces, doing everything we can to help you bond with your baby while keeping hold of what makes you, you. We are mamas and dads ourselves, wearing our own babies close to our hearts, volunteering our time to help families on the weekends, sopping up bubbles from the floors after bathtime, cuddling in bed with our sons and daughters to read and to chat about school. We are working mothers, alternative families, cosleepers, breastfeeders, teachers, scientists, and artists raising beautiful human beings just as you are every single day. With love.
This world is but a canvas to our imagination. - Henry David Thoreau
