Return Authorization – Sakura Bloom


We offer a one-time exchange for store credit. To qualify for an exchange, you must meet the following requirements:

•    Slings must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sakura Bloom provides postal tracking for all slings, so this will be easy for you to determine.
•    Slings must be new and unused.
•    Slings must have original tags attached, and be in their original packaging.
•    Slings must be purchases directly from the Sakura Bloom website. Proof of purchase is required. We are unable to exchange slings purchased from other vendors.

IMPORTANT! If we receive a sling that does not meet the above requirements, it will be returned to sender.

How to Exchange Your New Sling for Store Credit

  1. Read our Return Policy above to determine if your purchase qualifies for an exchange. If yes, follow the instructions below.
  2. To start the exchange process, look up your order below.
  3. Choose the product that you would like to exchange and click the Create Return shopping cart button.
  4. Follow prompts to submit.
  5. You will receive an email response within 2 business days of your request.
  6. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
  7. Once we have received your product and processed the exchange, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase price minus any shipping fees. You may use that credit to purchase anything for sale on the Sakura Bloom website. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
